Doctor's Preventive Mastectomy Case Reaches Supreme Court in Greece
The case of a doctor sentenced to three years in prison for performing a double mastectomy on a patient without genetic indication has reached the Supreme Court in Greece. The doctor is appealing the decision of the Mixed Jury Court of Appeal of Thessaloniki.
