Die ÖVP verliert die Städte bzw. kommt dort nicht vom Fleck. Beides geschehen in Graz. Eine eigene „Städtestrategie“ soll hier Abhilfe schaffen. Noch funktioniert sie nicht. Die ÖVP steckt in der Zwickmühle: mehr pinke oder mehr blaue Anmutung?
