Ombudsman files precautionary HDO petition vs Escudero, Maynard Ngu

MANILA, Philippines — The Office of the Ombudsman on Saturday filed a precautionary hold departure order before the Sandiganbayan against Senator Francis Escudero over complaints of plunder, graft and bribery. Also included in the travel restriction request is Maynard Ngu, the alleged “bagman” of Escudero over the alleged anomalies in the flood control fiasco.  READ:
