Euroclear Rejects Moscow's Damages Claim, Keeps Russian Assets Frozen

Euroclear stated it has rejected a Moscow court ruling seeking massive damages and confirmed that assets of Russia’s central bank, frozen under international sanctions, remain blocked at the Belgian depositary.
