Lithuanian Police Officers Convicted After Provoking Drunk Driver
Two police officers in the capital were convicted after they provoked a sleeping drunk driver to move his car, leading to his arrest. They sent a cadet to wake the man and ask him to move, and as soon as he started driving, they apprehended him.
