Americký mediální konglomerát Warner Bros. Discovery zvažuje novou nabídku na převzetí od skupiny Paramount Skydance. Firma to uvedla v úterní tiskové zprávě. Hodnotu nové nabídky neuvedla, podle agentury Bloomberg by ale měla být vyšší než předchozích 30 dolarů na akcii, což odpovídalo částce 108,4 miliardy dolarů (2,2 bilionu korun).
