Malaysia's Gig Workers Act 2025 Takes Effect, Tribunal and Council Established

Malaysia's Gig Workers Act 2025 has officially come into effect, with the Human Resources Ministry rolling out a new tribunal and council to enforce worker protection. A total of 76 individuals have been appointed to the Gig Workers Tribunal (TPG) and the Gig Workers Council.
