ECB Sheds €149 Billion in QE Assets, Marks Down Gold in Q2

The European Central Bank (ECB) reduced its Quantitative Easing (QE) assets by €149 billion in the second quarter, a 52% decrease since mid-2022, and also marked down its gold holdings by €160 billion.
