Montenegro Ministry Clarifies Executive Director Appointment Rules

Montenegro's Ministry of Economic Development has clarified that while executive directors can be appointed without a public advertisement, their employment contracts cannot be established without one, distinguishing between appointment to function and the establishment of an employment relationship.
