EP Rapporteur Picula Warns Serbian Elections Compromised, Serbian Foreign Ministry Accuses Him of Bias

European Parliament rapporteur Tonino Picula warned that Sunday’s local elections in Serbia were compromised by abuse and violence. Serbia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has accused Picula of acting passionately and politically motivated, deeming his actions contrary to his mandate.
