Former Albanian PM Criticizes Serbia Consulate Agreement
Former Albanian Prime Minister Pandeli Majko has criticized the agreement in principle between Albania and Serbia to open a Serbian consulate in Shkodër and an Albanian consulate in Bujanovac, stating that Shkodra cannot be compared to the Preševo Valley.
