Brussels Approves Extra ISP Reduction for Member States, Rejects VAT Cut on Fuels
Brussels has agreed to allow member states to request authorization for extraordinary reductions in the Specific Tax on Petroleum Products (ISP), but not for VAT on fuels. This decision allows for flexibility beyond the minimum levels defined by community directives.
