Plzeň Region Plans Extensive Road Repairs

Road maintenance authorities in the Plzeň region of the Czech Republic plan to repair 150 kilometers of second and third-class roads this year, an effort estimated to cost 280 million.

Správa a údržba silnic Plzeňského kraje (SÚS) opraví letos po zimě celkem 150 kilometrů silnic II. a III. třídy. Je to stejný objem prací jako loni. Asi 50 kilometrů silnic opraví pokládkou mikrokoberců a 100 kilometrů ošetří celoplošným dvouvrstvým emulzním nátěrem, sdělil ve středu provozní ředitel SÚS Radek Šíma.
