Polish Supreme Administrative Court Rules Employee Error in Data Transfer is GDPR Breach

The Polish Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) has ruled that an employee mistakenly sending a client's personal correspondence to another client constitutes an illegal processing of personal data and a GDPR violation, for which the administrator faces penalties.
