Diabetes-linked kidney diseases on the rise, costs Malaysia RM3.3b a year, says health minister

Malaysia's health minister announced that the cost of treating end-stage chronic kidney disease (CKD) linked to diabetes has sharply increased, now costing the country RM3.3 billion annually.
