Portugal Signs Council of Europe Convention on Audiovisual Co-production

Portugal has become the first country to sign the Council of Europe convention on audiovisual co-production, establishing an international legal framework for independent television and streaming series co-productions. The treaty requires three ratifications to enter into force.
