Prokuratura chciała postawić zarzuty Grzegorzowi Braunowi między innymi w sprawie wtargnięcia do szpitala w Oleśnicy z grupą działaczy i blokowanie pracy lekarki Gizeli Jagielskiej. Podobnie jak w lutym europoseł znów złożył wniosek, żeby zablokować działanie prokuratury. Śledczy rozważają teraz kolejny ruch.
