Japan to Dispatch Official to 'Takeshima Day' Ceremony
The Japanese government announced it will dispatch a parliamentary vice-minister from the Cabinet Office to the 'Takeshima Day' ceremony, organized by Shimane Prefecture and others, to be held on February 22.
