Lithuanian Competition Council Receives Request for Sale of Landsbergienė's Schools and Kindergartens Network

The Competition Council announced it received a request from "Nuevo Agora Centro De Estudios" to acquire 100% of the shares of Karalienės Mortos mokykla and "Vaikystės sodas." This acquisition would grant them sole control over these companies.
