Azerbaijan's President Aliyev Approves Law on Involuntary Psychiatric Hospitalization

President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan has signed into law amendments that will allow authorities to refer individuals for psychiatric evaluation and involuntary hospitalization without their consent.
