Državni i entitetski nivoi vlasti u Bosni i Hercegovini su u proteklim sedmicama pokazali neobičnu efikasnost i ekspeditivnost prilikom usvajanja svih regulativa za izgradnju Južne interkonekcije. Ova efikasnost pokazuje da se može, kad se hoće ili mora, ali s druge strane pokazuje i neodgovornost kod drugih pitanja.
