Soccer: D'Aversa takes over from Baroni at Torino
(ANSA) - ROME, FEB 23 - Former Parma boss Roberto D'Aversa on Monday signed a contract with Torino to replace Marco Baroni at the helm of the Turin side and hopefully keep them in Serie A. The Granata are currently 15th in Serie A, six points above the drop zone. Stuttgart born D'Aversa, 50, has previously also coached Sampdoria, Lecce and Empoli. His first task in his bid to keep Torino in the top flight is away to 9th placed Lazio at the Olimpico in Rome Sunday. (ANSA). Read article...
