Serbian Analyst Claims Government Controls Mechanisms to Rig Elections

Political analyst Dragomir Anđelković stated that despite significant public opposition, the Serbian government is not concerned because it still controls systemic mechanisms. He claims these mechanisms enable the government to 'brutally rig elections'.
