Dutch Ambassador Urges Montenegro to Meet EU Criteria
The Dutch Ambassador to Montenegro, Martijn Ehlersma, stated that Podgorica must continue to fulfill the political and economic Copenhagen criteria for EU accession, including a mature democratic system, guaranteed human and minority rights, and a functional market economy.
