Slovenian Municipality Wins Court Case Against Developer Over Protected Land
The municipality of Ankaran, Slovenia, has won a Supreme Court case against the bankrupt company Primorje, rejecting a 6.4 million euro compensation claim for land designated as a protected area instead of a planned tourist complex.
