AstraZeneca Reports Mixed Lung Cancer Trial Results

AstraZeneca is stopping a clinical trial of the experimental drug volrustomig as it didn’t look set to help fight lung cancer better than existing therapies. The company had two separate late-stage trial successes that strengthen key cancer franchises, including one where patients with non-small cell lung cancer received Tagrisso in combination with Orpathys.
