Polish Supreme Court to Rule on Validity of Frankish Loan Agreements with Flawed Exchange Rate Clauses

The Civil Chamber of the Polish Supreme Court will address whether 'frankish' loan agreements can be salvaged if only part of their currency conversion clause, specifically the bank's unilaterally set margin on the NBP average exchange rate, is deemed faulty.
