Lithuanian Central Bank Highlights Insufficient Banking Access and ATM Shortage
According to Gediminas Šimkus, Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania, physical banking services are inadequate in eleven municipalities, and the country faces a shortage of 50 ATMs.
