Constitutional Doubts Surround Polish Labor Inspectorate Reform

Concerns have been raised regarding the constitutionality of the proposed Polish Labor Inspectorate (PIP) reform, which would grant new powers to labor inspectors. The First President of the Supreme Court, Małgorzata Manowska, and other experts believe the changes may violate fundamental law, despite some softening of the proposals during parliamentary work.
