MMDAs in Ghana Urged to Prosecute Illegal Land Sellers
Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs) in Ghana have been called upon to prosecute individuals who sell land without the legally required Land Use Certificate, aiming to curb the illegal sale of wetlands, watercourses, and floodplains.
