House Prosecution Lists 'Unwilling' Witnesses for Trial

Public Prosecutor and Manila Rep. Joel Chua explained that 'hostile' or 'unwilling' witnesses are not automatically required to attend a trial. However, prosecutors included them on the list as a precautionary measure, should their testimony be needed to strengthen the case.
