Greek Prosecutor Cites Separation of Powers in Response to Summons

Prosecutor of the Supreme Court, Konstantinos Tzavellas, stated in a four-page letter that his summons to appear before the Institutions and Transparency Committee is incompatible with the constitutional principle of the separation of powers.
