Ultra-Orthodox Party Paralyzes Knesset Over Military Draft Exemptions

An ultra-Orthodox party has halted Knesset votes in an effort to push through military draft exemptions for Haredi individuals. A bill to prevent the arrests of Haredi draft evaders is scheduled for debate in the Knesset’s Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee.
