Pego Longo Neighborhood Transformed from Shantytown with Architect's Help

A new book, 'O Bairro do Pego Longo', recounts the history of a neighborhood in Sintra that was transformed from a precarious shantytown into a legal settlement with significant contributions from architect Bartolomeu Costa Cabral as part of the SAAL program.
