Orleans Parish Sheriff Charged After 10 Inmates Escape Jail Through Toilet

Orleans Parish Sheriff Susan Hutson has been charged with 30 counts by a special grand jury, days before leaving office, following an incident where 10 inmates escaped from a New Orleans jail via a toilet.
