Congress Orders Probe into Infighting in Jammu and Kashmir Unit

The Congress party has ordered a probe into infighting within its Jammu and Kashmir unit, forming a panel to address the rivalry between factions led by Vikar Rasool Wani and Tara Chand against state president Tariq Hamid Karra.
