
Bosnian Delegate Proposes Amendment to High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council Law
Džemal Smajić, a delegate in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, submitted an amendment to the proposed Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC BiH), arguing that the BiH Constitution cannot be changed by law.
