Rain Returns to Northern and Central Portugal with Hail and Thunderstorm Warnings

According to the Portuguese Institute of Sea and Atmosphere, a yellow warning for rain, possible hail, and thunderstorms will be in effect for eight districts in Northern and Central Portugal.
