Criminal Complaint Filed in Thai Share-Reporting Case

Thailand's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a criminal complaint against an investor for allegedly submitting false disclosure forms related to the ownership and trading of billions of baht worth of shares in six listed companies.
