German Court Rules Asylum Seekers Not Entitled to Culture and Education Funds for First 15 Months

Germany's Federal Constitutional Court ruled that asylum seekers are not legally entitled to funds for culture and education during their first 15 months in the country, though overall benefits in 2018 and 2019 were deemed too low.
