P3-M suspected smuggled cigarettes seized in Zamboanga City

MANILA, Philippines — Suspected smuggled cigarettes worth over P3 million aboard a passenger vessel were seized by the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) in Zamboanga City on Friday.
