Woman wins Rs 35,000 after clinic gives ‘standard’ plan instead of ‘personalised’ diet

A woman has been awarded Rs 35,000 in compensation after a clinic provided her with a generic diet plan instead of the personalised one she had paid for. The consumer forum ruled in her favour, stating that the clinic failed to deliver the promised service.
