Vilnius Mayor Requests Assessment of Russian Rapper Morgenstern's Threat Level

The Mayor of Vilnius has requested that the State Security Department assess whether Russian rapper Morgenstern poses a threat, following his planned visit to Lithuania. The mayor also responded to critics regarding the use of the Russian language.
