Low Pressure Area Outside PAR May Develop into Tropical Depression

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reports that a low pressure area currently outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility has a medium chance of developing into a tropical depression.
