Court Dismisses Bid to Halt Diageo's EABL Stake Sale to Asahi Group

A High Court has rejected an application from Bia Tosha Distributors Limited seeking to prevent Diageo's sale of its East African Breweries Limited (EABL) stake to Asahi Group.
