Driver Hits 10-Year-Old Child at Crosswalk and Flees in Poland

Police in Krasnystaw, Poland, have arrested a 44-year-old man who hit a 10-year-old child at a pedestrian crossing and fled the scene, later found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.
