Feijóo Proposes No-Confidence Motion to Force Spanish Elections

Spanish PP leader Feijóo has extended an offer to Junts and PNV to agree on a no-confidence motion aimed at forcing new elections, clarifying that he would not govern with the Catalan independentists or Basque nationalists but only to trigger a vote.
