Nvidia partner Groq’s founder says his mistakes delayed the company by up to 4 years

Groq founder Jonathan Ross acknowledged his leadership errors significantly hindered company progress. He stated his initial management style cost Groq three to four years of development. Ross changed his hiring strategy to focus on selecting talent instead of growing it. A significant deal allowed Groq to remain independent while key personnel joined Nvidia.
