Polish Consumer Watchdog Investigates Furgonetka Over Additional Shipping Fees

The President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) in Poland has launched proceedings against Furgonetka regarding nine provisions in its terms and conditions, specifically concerning the unilateral imposition of additional shipping fees.
