Students Could Save Billions if HECS Indexation Date Changed
Australian university graduates could save $3 billion over a decade if the Labor government changed the HECS indexation date by five months, according to costings commissioned by independent MP Monique Ryan, as HECS debts are set to increase by $1 billion.
